4. Improvement of the Clubhouse
● Improve the ventilations of the clubhouse
● Provide better sound system
● Concrete/Asphalting of parking area
5. Financial Sustainability
● Create for fundraising projects to be able to pay off the monthly loan amortization and operating expenses of the clubhouse
●. Attract Investors to have regular income-generating projects like the Build-Operate-Transfer Scheme since FAPNG has no funds to build spaces for rent. Allocate spaces in the Clubhouse to be rented out for company siganage/advertisements
6. Provide Financial Reports
● Detailed financial reports to be released in a timely manner
7. Provide a Transient Room
● Room at the clubhouse for those Filipinos that need a temporary shelter particularly those from outstations.
8. FAPNG Membership and Awareness
● Encourage very Filipino through the Philippine Embassy to become a member of the association
9. Those provisions that are very broad and need to have specific details should be amended.
