El Roi International Ministries El Roi International Ministries is a mission-based organization located in Lima, Peru devoted to serving the spiritual and physical needs of the people..

We believe that God wants to give us His eyes to see those who struggle in extreme poverty, striving to teach ways to break the cycle of material poverty by providing clothing, food, resources, and life-skills training (Matthew 25:31-46). We also see their spiritual poverty. So, we build personal relationships with them and share teachings and encouragement from the Bible (James 1:27; 2:14-17).
