So. A beautiful man came into Our Featherston Community Centre today and asked if he could pair with the Featherston Mens' Shed to create a plaque for our community cupboard. A plaque that says 'lifesaver' He was a little embarrassed - and wanted to tone it down...
All I can do is keep him comfortable and be grateful that he's spoken up... and share the gratitude.
To Wai Waste, Nikau Foundation, Featherston Fairy Farmers, Wairarapa Winter Jackets and anyone who contributes to Our Community Centre Pantry...
It really is making a difference.

Yay Featherston!
Come and meet your new Operations Manager for FCC.
Riki Hiemer has lived in Featherston for 9 years with her beautiful family. She's decided to quit driving over the hill and to share her knowledge, empathy and strength directly with our wonderful community.
