Salvage Workshop . Welcome to the Salvage Workshop. Each space is inhabited and furnished with the members personal tools and items they have made or are making.

We are a group of artists, artisans, and craftspeople who enjoy salvaging, restoring, repairing, repurposing and creating things from salvaged materials. The Workshop is located at the Waipukurau Racecourse, with our neighbours being the MENZSHED, creating a little community of artistry, creativity, industry and craftsmanship. The Salvage Workshop is comprised of nine separate work spaces, from wh

ich individual members go about working on their personal projects. The Workshop has a lounge and display area from which to display and present items for sale, and from which workshops can be hosted. It also has Toilets and Kitchen facilities

The Salvage Workshop will have a range of Salvaged, pre-used building materials and items for sale, such as corrugated Iron, Fence paillings, Interior and Exterior doors and exotic and native timbers, door and cupboard hardware, Paint etc. Our ideal is to be a creative hub, hosting a wide range of skills, including Upholstery, Electronics, Electrical, Woodworking, Light steel and metalwork etc - anything so long as it incorporates salvaged materials somewhere in the process
