We know your all counting down - 2 more sleeps till Regos open for stage 7. A note from our Stage 7 rego form re end camp buses. Please only select “yes” if you need the end camp bus to start camp on Saturday 6th of March. This is for people who don’t have a support person, aren’t catching a lift with someone or getting dropped off at start camp. That way you leave your vehicle at end camp, take the bus we supply to start camp and your vehicle is there for you at the end of trek. It’s all part of the service to insure things run smoothly - however it didn’t run so smoothly this year with 80 people selecting “yes I need the end camp shuttle” and only about 40 showing up. This meant we had booked 2x busses to cater for everyone but only needed one - costing TFL 2 grand. So please if your plans change and you no longer need the bus after selecting “yes” please let us know atleast 3 weeks prior to trek. If you don’t need the bus please make sure to select no. We ask that only one driver goes per vehicle. Please read the whole registration form carefully and make sure it is filled out correctly :) we look forward to regos flying in on Wednesday 🤩

3 sleeps till regos open for stage 7 !!! Today’s post is a comment (helpful tips) from our feedback form.

“ I’m still a fan of insurance .
If people are going to fill hot water bottles at night please leave the urns fill for breakfast. Heaps used water bottles this year. And walked away with out a care, filling more than one for themselves”.

- when registering for stage 7 we have highly recommended activity insurance and have made it very clear that the $300 deposit is non refundable - please read this and our other terms carefully before submitting the form. We will not be processing any deposit refunds so please seek activity insurance.

Good point about the hot-water bottles (such a handy thing to pack for those cold nights) but please think of others when filling these. Many hands make light work, so if you notice an urn is getting low or you take lots of water please top it up 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks for the feedback :)
