Fantastic generosity New World!!

We’ve been so busy with our store renovations lately that we completely forgot to update everyone on our recent Family 2 Family campaign 🫣

Our Family to Family Appeal wrapped up a couple of weeks ago and the response was simply outstanding. We're incredibly proud and so grateful for what our community has achieved together. Thanks to your generosity, we've been able to deliver 300 bags of non perishable goods to support the Nelson Community Foodbank. This is such a valuable service for those in our community who need a helping hand, and it's incredible to see the impact it continues to have.

On top of that, we've donated $2,000 in New World vouchers to assist the Nelson Community Foodbank to continue helping those in need.

As a local business, we're incredibly proud to support this initiative — and with the strength of this community behind it, we believe the future of this service is bright.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, donated, and supported this effort. We couldn't have done it without you ❤️

Had a lovely visit from one of the Network Tasman Trustees, Terry.

He wanted to check out the Hub and how the grant for our instant hot water unit had helped us with our operations.

Its been a huge help for us- always in use- we are very appreciative of the work Network Tasman do in our community.

Barnados have reached out to us to spread the word and let you know that their next Incredible Years Parenting Programme is beginning on the 5th August.

They are looking for any parents or caregivers of children aged 3-8 years who think they may benefit from additional support, confidence-building strategies, and positive parenting tools, please take advantage of this opportunity or pass this info on!
