Packing crates for helicopter rotors, "redoing" a treasured "Dad made" outdoor garden seat, and fixing and restoring a vandal smashed lookout memorial seat in Motueka. Always happy to give it a go.

Long story sorry.
A lady came to us who has a lifestyle property and a Jersey cow. She get 13 or 14 litres of milk each and every day!
Help.
She does everything she can to process it all, milk, cream and makes butter all but manually.
She has looked on the internerweb and found what she wants. However. They don't make them now and the ones she has seen are on Ebay, French or English and are $USD1800.
What to do?
She came to us and said can you make this please.
Wow don't know .....can we make it out of wood? all the gearing and cog?...no not practical. Steel then? No the rack and pinions you can buy are now where near long enough.
Bu**er. Hey what about digital 3D thermal print the parts we want. Hell I don't know let's ask the step son. Sure he says and gets to work.
Make the table set up the moving gear and the roller and bingo.
The first version 1.0.
Next step trial it with the client for the next two weeks and report back.
We'll see.

Winding down.....huh not yet anyway. Preditor traps and picnic tables racing out the door.
