Graeme Dingle Foundation Wellington

Graeme Dingle Foundation Wellington The Graeme Di**le Foundation is an established charity since 1995. We are a leader in positive youth development. It sets a foundation of values and life skills.

The aim of our program's is to promote self esteem and valuable life skills. We work with Taiohi aged 5-21 in schools, colleges and the community. We have been delivering program's in the wider Wellington region for the past 17 years. Our program's include:

Kiwi Can (Age's 5-12) - Kiwi Can is the first step for tamariki. Each student visits a Kiwi Can class once a week to enjoy a positive, uplif

ting environment that encourages self belief and confidence. This programme reduces truancy and bullying. Stars (Year 9's with mentors aged 16-18) - Our Stars programme strengthens rangatahi for that tricky transition into secondary school. Stars uses the teina/tukana mentoring model by training and supporting older students to mentor and walk alongside the new Year 9’s. Career Navigator/Career Navigator Community (Age's 15 - 21) - Career Navigator helps students and the community navigate their way through the endless career opportunities presented to them. They get real world experience in fields in which they are interested in and an idea of what their future career pathway may look like.
