The RRR Model The journey has been long and challenging, but your unwavering support, belief, and commitment have made everything possible.

The The RRR Model (Reintegration, Rehabilitation, Reduces Reoffending) is a community-based framework designed to help individuals rebuild their lives, strengthen families, and reduce crime, debt, unemployment and homelessness. A Sincere Thank You

We, Esther Peters and Levi Hetherington, want to take a moment to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every person who has played a part in the creation and success of the RRR Model. To our families—Esther's and Levi’s families—your love, strength, and unwavering belief in us have been the bedrock of our journey. You've been the steady hands lifting us when we needed it most, the voices of encouragement, and the emotional anchors through all of our challenges. We are also deeply grateful to the individuals and organizations who have invested their time, energy, and resources to help bring our vision to life. Your support has been essential, and we could not have made this dream a reality without your dedication and partnership. A heartfelt thank you to Will and Jacqui....The Hellers Crew, AFFCO, PLLNZ, PMNZ, Sanfords, Sealords, Max Birt, Richard and Whanau from Federated Farmers, Alam and Demelza (Horticulture Contractors), Michelle and Team at Oxygen Rentals, Jazz and Margaret, Your hard work, teamwork, and dedication have been an integral part of what we’ve built. To everyone who came through the RRR doors—including Brutha Dee, Nakita, Mel, Arthur, Cassie, Simon, Laura, Deja, Atul, Shanu, Hemi, Hape, Wayne, Karl, Glen Bendall, Sonny Reti, Michael Watene, Laurence, Doulton, Jason, Romain and Whanau, Stacey and Whanau, Raymond, Arthur Taylor, Mat, Keith, Shannon, Jarred, Lauren, Jasmine Kraus, Trevor, Rua, Michael, Clint, Abe, Mary, Sandra, Rowena, Nicco, Anthony, Joshua, Jacob, Jayson, Justin, Ethan, Jarreth, Devo, Connor, Te Ngara, Jofido, Sonny, Waerea, Kohe, and many more—your contributions are at the heart of this movement. A huge thank you also goes to the many CSGO brothers who helped us digitally by sharing perspectives of young gamers. Your insights on how to balance gaming with reality—while earning an income and still doing the things you love—have been instrumental. Juggling the two worlds is a challenge that both Esther and Levi passionately strive to achieve on a daily basis. Your input has helped bridge the gap between the tech industry and a thriving economy. Together, we are working towards a future where we can build a "One Prosperous and Thriving Digitally Self-Sufficient, Healthy Economy." We are also incredibly grateful to DI, Digital Wings, Babe Kapa from the far North, Alfred Mitchell, and Georgi for your support and contributions. Your efforts have added immeasurable value to our work and your belief in our vision keeps us moving forward. The RRR Model is not just an idea—it is the culmination of our collective efforts and a living testament to what happens when people from all walks of life come together with a shared vision. Through this model, we are building more community employment hubs, fostering unity, independence, self-sustainability, connection, and love for one another. We are filling the gap that has been missing for the past 200 years, creating opportunities for people to learn, grow, and thrive together. This movement is about more than the work we’ve accomplished so far—it’s about creating lasting change, dismantling the walls that have separated us for so long, and rewriting the narrative. We have the power to create a future where we unite, learn, and grow together. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Your unwavering belief in this mission has made all the difference. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. Let’s continue to embrace unity, to learn, to grow, and to show the world the strength that comes from embracing each other—no matter our differences. A special and heartfelt message to Henry & Renae, and our two beautiful babies:

Your love, support, and encouragement have meant the world to us. Henry & Renae, thank you for being our pillars of strength and for constantly believing in the power of this journey. To our beautiful children, you are the heart of everything we do. You inspire us to push forward every single day and show us the true meaning of love and connection. We are beyond grateful to share this incredible journey with you. With love, gratitude, and unity,
Esther Peters & Levi Hetherington

🧹 JUMP ON BOARD WITH THE RRR MODEL – RESET CLEANERS! 🏡💪

🏗️ Builders, developers, landlords, property managers and homeowners — we want to hear from you!

Got a development project, builders clean, end-of-tenancy clean, vacated property or a one-off cleaning job that needs doing? Give us the opportunity to get it cleaned and completed!

The RRR Model is about more than cleaning. We're creating pathways for people to rebuild their lives through real work, responsibility and opportunity.

We use jobs that are often hard to fill or that others don't want to do as a stepping stone — helping individuals regain confidence, rediscover their potential and work towards a better future.

Our goal is to support people to progress into:
✅ Permanent employment
✅ Skilled trades and workforce opportunities
✅ Further education and study
✅ Career development
✅ Self-employment and starting their own businesses

We're not just cleaning properties — we're helping people clean the slate and build a future! 🌱

When you give us a job, you're not just getting a property cleaned. You're helping create a pathway from hardship towards independence, skills, employment and self-sufficiency.

The RRR Model not more prisons and detention centres.

What if former inmates and former corrections officers worked together on the outside of the wire — using lived experience, correctional experience, employment, accountability and community support to help people build a different future?

The RRR Model could be looked at as a practical pathway toward reducing reoffending and helping people move from incarceration toward employment, independence, responsibility and contribution.

I’d be more than willing to assist the USA in exploring how The RRR Model could be implemented — starting in communities that are ready to try something different.

Because if families wanted to do more, maybe we should look at helping people not return to prison in the first place.

Idle minds. Idle hands.
Give people purpose. Give people work. Give people a pathway.

🇺🇸 The RRR Model
Reintegration • Rehabilitation • Reducing-Reoffending

Outside the wire.

The RRR Model - it costs under 20% as everyone is expected to work while undertaking RRR.... 80% Cheaper than incarceration. Everyone wins...less victims and offenders being accountable and supported to be independent and reliant on oneself and not the state.

That is Reintegration and Rehabilitation
🇺🇸 Instead of finding another bed inside prison, what if America invested in pathways that reduce the number of people needing a prison bed?

Though we need money, we need tools...we need extra bedding and furniture....
We can still survive and make do. All I ask, as I am the writer and developer of The RRR Model
Please .... visit our page and share your thoughts.

No govt support - No govt funds... The RRR Model proves...globally we do not need to keep on producing more offenders to keep on harming and ripping off others - creating more and more victims! So others can earn a profit in maximizing more prisons and detention beds!

The RRR model - made by the very people whom have lived fkkkd up lives for all people!
No matter how tough life gets! Don't give up...and if you want to be apart of RRR or even open up your own hub! Do it!

We don’t need more prisons! Need more ❤️

Yes! Finally 👏

Whether you call yourself tangata whenua...mana whenua..kiwi...a Maori...a Pakeha....a whatever - we were still born here on these beautiful lands and water.

We have forgotten who we really are....values and morals. We have forgotten over time, that our country used to be the producers of good quality people...products and services.

For fu # # sakes - we exported our best live cows 🐄.... who knows..we may even have exported our best eggs and s***m.

We are not consumers to produce criminals, drug addicts, unhealthy, debt-ridden nor judgemental people.... We all possess individual- amazing intelligence 🧠...skills and talents.

Those lost like I was ... we can start again to gain independence - regardless of whatever we have experienced in the past...when you find your right environment to be around "you find the real you"
You start being real, honest and progressive - No longer stuck in a rutt or dark black hole.

Much love ❤️ our beautiful country and the many people whom have been through and supported The RRR Model ...

Here's to a new journey as of this week... Expanding RRR internationally - alongside our former staff, our former and current participants, the many people whom helped me to keep on going and hopefully the rest of our beautiful country!

Lets be the prototype to help other countries socially and economically!

Lets start PRODUCING AGAIN!
