Piha Boardriders Club was founded in 2001 with a passion to see children develop their surfing skill in a fun and supportive environment. The club has had an exciting history of involvement with national surfing events and producing international and national champs. If you are keen on developing your skills, getting involved in competitions and being a part of a surfing community this club is for

you. We run monthly competitions for a range of ages and support our surfers in taking part in national competitions. Our members are invited along to club events, progressive days and receive discounts with some of our partners.

Kia Ora,

We hope you’ve had a great winter and managed to get in some waves! A small group of us have been chatting, and we’re keen to get things rolling again for Piha Boardriders Clubs 2025–2026 summer season.

There’s no set plan just yet, but we’ve got a shared desire to get our groms surfing together, supported by a positive and fun crew. To help us shape the season ahead, please jump into this form and take a couple of minutes to give us your levels of interest and availability.
