The Leadership Group agreed that it was important to hold additional community consultation meetings to help disabled people, whānau, and providers prepare their responses to the DSS consultation.

Looking for a person to job share with a 15-year-old boy to support him in getting ready in the mornings and evenings.

Mornings 7 to 7.45am and 6 to 6.45pm. During the school holidays, etc, hours are available. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided, and pay is negotiable for the right person.

He is autistic with a great sense of humour. He needs prompting and guidance. He is a young man who would like to have someone, rather than his mum, to support him in becoming more independent. He is close to 6 feet tall, and we are looking for a person who is the right fit for him.

Looking for a patient and quiet person to support a woman in Palmerston North. She requires household management and personal care support to live independently in her own home. She requires support morning and evening, 7 days a week. Hours are 8.30am and 4.30pm. Each shift is 4 hours.

We are looking to add to our awesome team that supports her.

Currently, we have permanent shifts on alternative weekends, Saturday and Sunday. In addition, relief for the other team members if they are sick or on leave.

Experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.

Pay is negotiable for the right person.
