Our next FREE online Intro to Psychosynthesis is coming up soon!

This is an opportunity to explore psychosynthesis with two experienced practitioners in a warm, supportive environment. Rather than delivering a fixed presentation, we tailor each workshop to the participants, creating space for conversation, questions, and reflection.

If you're curious about psychosynthesis and how it can support personal and spiritual growth, we'd love for you to join us.

We're delighted to announce the second workshop in our new online Experiential series!

Dreaming your way home: Dreams as an Opening to the Undiscovered Realms of the Unconscious

An online experiential workshop with Jeni McGarry, Sunday 28th June 10am-12pm

Every night, your unconscious speaks, but most of us haven't been taught to listen. In this online workshop, Jeni McGarry, a dedicated Dream Practitioner and retired Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist with 25 years of experience, shares how her own dreams have guided her toward deeper healing and wholeness.

Drawing on the legacy of Margaret Bowater and the wisdom of Jungian dreamwork, Jeni will walk you through:

• How dreams release emotional blockages, support healing, and promote wholeness
• The ancient tradition of dreaming as a source of insight and inspiration
• A guided exploration of your own unconscious

You’ll leave with tools to begin uncovering the magic, inspiration, and healing that can come from understanding your dreams.

Registrations are now open for August Essentials of Psychosynthesis, our six-day, in-person introductory course running in Auckland.

• Dates: 7–9 August and 14–16 August
• Location: Family Action Centre, Henderson, Auckland

Register: psptrust.org.nz/essentials

Held over two consecutive weekends, Essentials is an experiential introduction to Psychosynthesis—a holistic psychology that integrates body, feelings, mind, and the spiritual dimension of human experience.

In a supportive group setting, participants explore how they relate to themselves and others, connect with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges and transitions with greater awareness, wisdom, and integrity.

Whether you are seeking personal growth, navigating change, or working in a helping profession, Essentials offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships. No prior experience is required. The course can be taken as a stand-alone experience or as the first step toward the year-long Certificate in Psychosynthesis Integration.

We're so pleased to launch our new online Experiential Series—a monthly offering of guided inner journeys led by experienced psychosynthesis practitioners.

Our first session is What's Inside?

Psychosynthesis practitioner Fiona Mackay will guide you through a vivid inner journey, using imagination as a doorway to self-discovery. What you find there will be entirely your own, shaped by your own psyche, your own symbols, your own stories.

These sessions are offered on a $30–$50 sliding scale, with proceeds going to PSP's scholarship fund to support people with travel costs to access our programmes.
