This morning was som**hing special for our Ōpōtiki hapori.

Over 40 people came together, from 3 years old right through to 50, to run, walk, laugh and simply move as one. Watching our community show up for their hauora and for each other reminded me how powerful these small moments can be.

This kaupapa isn’t about pace, distance or fitness levels.
It’s about showing up, supporting one another and creating spaces where everyone belongs.

Seeing tamariki, rangatahi and pakeke all moving together was the real win today.

We go again next Wednesday.
Bring your whānau, bring a friend, or come on your own, you’ll always have people beside you.

Nau mai, oma mai e te iwi.
Mauri ora.

In Aotearoa, m**h doesn’t just hurt the user, it rips through whānau, whakapapa and whenua.

You might think, “I’ve got this.”
But m**h takes. And takes.
Until your tamariki are the ones paying the price.

💚 But there’s a way out and you don’t have to do it alone.
We’re here to manaaki and walk alongside you.
