What to Expect:

Join us in a collaborative environment that puts whanau at the centre, where we can learn from each other and be inspired, aligning our aspirations toward a shared vision.

We were so stoked to see you all yesterday!! A massive mahi day for us and lots of necessary kōrero on structure and organisation - we know, BORING 🙄🥱 but every bit of it necessary towards building the community infrastructure YOU WANT.

We started by introducing a place making approach to some of our iwi and hapū leads with a big thank you to the representation we had from Te Rūnanga-Ā-Iwi O Ngāpuhi, Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi and Te Whare Awhina NgatiTautahi as well as our Far North District Council.

Following kai and whanaungatanga we continued into our regular wānangā which saw some new faces from our local kura and took us through our Pou and strategic objectives, so that we could reflect and ensure that these are still relevant for the model and how quickly we’re building. We also passed the tono for our korowai to design our next expo for engaging with whānau which we have set for 10/10/24 - may be another all week kaupapa so watch this space because you’re not going to want to miss it!!

In the meantime we’ve reset our regular meeting schedule back to the 3rd Wednesday of the month starting at 9:30, dates as follows:

👉🏽 June 19
👉🏽 July 17
👉🏽 August 21
👉🏽 September 18
