π¦Ί Te Awa Year in Review #2 - The Volunteers π¦Ί
As we count down to our first birthday this Saturday, and with it being National Volunteer Week, it's time to put the spotlight on our volunteers. π
Over the last 52 events, more than 100 different people have volunteered at Te Awa parkrun. From marshalling, barcode scanning, timing, photography, chalk artistry, token sorting at the cafΓ©, setup, pack down, and everything in between, you've helped build the incredible community we have today.
While we're grateful for every single volunteer, we'd like to give a special shout-out to some of our most frequent hi-vis heroes:

Te Awa parkrun simply wouldn't exist without volunteers. You've helped create something pretty special over the last year, and we're incredibly grateful.
