Sometimes something comes up in a group and you realise you'd like some individual space to explore it.
For women joining Somatic Inquiry, I'm offering the option of adding individual *Somatic Energy Therapy (SET) sessions for a discounted rate of $30 OFF during the six-week journey.

These SET sessions are completely optional and give you dedicated one-to-one space to explore whatever may be arising for you.

*Somatic Energy Therapy (SET) is a body-based therapeutic approach that works with the connection between the body, emotions, beliefs and lived experience. When we include the body, we include the whole person. Through mindful touch, body awareness and enquiry, SET follows what the body is communicating, bringing awareness to patterns and experiences that may sit beneath our conscious understanding. Rather than forcing change, the practitioner listens to and follows what emerges, creating the conditions for the person’s own process to unfold. This can support deeper awareness and meaningful change that can be felt and embodied, rather than simply understood. These sessions can be in petson or online, using the power of ZOOM we connect over time and space to reach the same levels of transformation as we would in person.

SOMATIC INQUIRY IN PERSON CLASSES - NEW TERM BEGINS 14 OCTOBER
For almost two years, I’ve had the honour of holding Somatic Inquiry for women.
And what I love most is witnessing women keep saying yes.
Yes to themselves.
Yes to self-care.
Yes to listening to the wisdom of their bodies.
Yes to connection and community.
Some women come for a term. Others return again and again. And over time, something really beautiful happens.
Friendships form. Women share, laugh, move, listen and witness one another in all the different ways we arrive.
There is a beautiful kind of support that grows here - not from a place of needing to fix or change something that is broken.
Because we are not broken.
It is simply the support of being alongside one another. Of being seen and heard. Of leaning in when it feels right, and knowing you don’t have to do everything alone.
I’ve witnessed so much softening and de-armouring. Women becoming more at home in their bodies and more connected to themselves and each other.
This is the magic that happens when women gather. And it makes my heart sing.
Our next six-week term begins 14th October.

Morena dancers! I had a few request this song so thought I would drop a little bit about it in here.
I am a fan of vintage culture and this track popped into my radar just this week and I knew it needed to be included. 🔥
As soon as I hear the spoken word, gospel like lyrics, that would shift the every of the deep trance like journey into an ecstatic peak.
The song was written as an anthem for love, unity, hope and the return to dance floors after the pandemic. 🕺🏼💃🏻
It was the felt sense that spoke to me of LIBERATION - ✨which is the name of our divine central altar. As the temple keeper ‘holding the space’, as the element of ether, for trance temple I chose to guide the journey thru the soundscape rather than facilitate it.
Each track is Intentionally chosen for the experience, I hope it uplifts and liberates your movement again 🫶🏽

Dance Temple community
Hello from Leah, Sarah and Natasha 🤎
We are currently in Bali 🪷 immersing back into the Somatic Dance Level 1 Experience.
These trainings are a wonderful way to reacquaint ourselves with the rich material and continually return to beginners mind as life and the depth of teachings is ever evolving - a living and breathing somatic modality 😍
…and of course we get to dance every day 💃🏻 with each other, so important as space holders to receive and be in the practise for ourselves as well 💟
