Hello from Leah, Sarah and Natasha 🤎
We are currently in Bali 🪷 immersing back into the Somatic Dance Level 1 Experience.
These trainings are a wonderful way to reacquaint ourselves with the rich material and continually return to beginners mind as life and the depth of teachings is ever evolving - a living and breathing somatic modality 😍
…and of course we get to dance every day 💃🏻 with each other, so important as space holders to receive and be in the practise for ourselves as well 💟
