Nau mai ki tēnei pakihi hou!
🌟 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗨𝗦𝗛 𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗟𝘁𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 🌟
PUSH FITNESS was built by four everyday people who share a simple goal: to do good things, with good people, for our community. We are coaches, parents, husbands and wives, friends, and now co-founders.

The idea first came to life at Adam and Amy's bach in Tongaporutu. Adam was on the BBQ cooking up his infamous burgers, the kayaks were pulled up on the riverbank, and in the middle of it all sat a notebook scribbled with dreams. That notebook became the blueprint for what Push Fitness could be.

OUR MISSION

PUSH FITNESS wasn't built from a love of training alone. It grew from years of coaching, listening, and showing up for people. We saw what worked, what didn't, and what a real community should feel like - one built on whanaungatanga (connection), manawaroa (resilience), and a purpose that goes beyond the physical.

The name Push carries that meaning. It's about pushing limits, pushing for better, and pushing for each other.

At Push, our focus is progress in strength, endurance, mindset, and life. Hauora is at the core of everything we do: helping you move well, think well, and live well.

Fitness is just the gateway. The outcome is growth as an athlete, a parent, a teammate, a human.

Whatever your reason for walking through the door, there's space for you here.

WHO BELONGS HERE?

Push Fitness is for ANYONE and EVERYONE wanting to move forward.

We're for the beginner learning the basics.

For the parent carving out time for themselves.

For the athlete chasing that next edge.

For anyone rebuilding from injury, burnout, or a tough season.

You don't need to be fit to start. You don't need to know the movements. You just need to show up. We'll meet you where you're at and build from there.

Push is for anyone who wants solid training, genuine connection, and elite level coaching without the ego.

No shortcuts. No judgment. Just good people doing the mahi together.

Fulton Hogan has been operating consistently in Taranaki for more than 20 years now, following project works in the early 2000s. We are locals, pay rates locally, and employ local people – with roughly a third of our Taranaki team being employee shareholders in our business, and about 25% of our team identifying as Māori.
We engage local subcontractors and are a medium-sized employer in the wider Taranaki region. Now over 93 years old, Fulton Hogan is proudly the only New Zealand-owned Tier 1 civil contractor in the country.
