Trust House Children's Day

After a number of unforeseen setbacks for this year's Trust House Children's Day, I have had to make the extremely difficult decision to cancel the day. Funding shortfalls and train unavailability would have resulted in a significantly diminished day and I believe cancelling this year's event is the best option.

It's not the last you will hear about future Children's Days, 2027 is already looking to be a great day with plenty of interest being expressed already!

Keep an eye out for the confirmation of the 2027 date, its going to be HUGE!

Attending the Wairarapa Cancer Society Inc 12km fun run on 22 March?
Pop over the foot bridge to the Trust House Children's Day after or during to keep the kids entertained!

Loads of fun activities planned with kids play free at Masterton Miniature Train Society, Masterton Mini Golf, Trust House Recreation Centre, boats and more!

10am - 3pm

The countdown is on for Trust House Children’s Day on 22 March 2026 from 10am to 3pm.
Kids play free at the pools, mini golf, train rides, pedal boats, face painting, on stage entertainment + kids welcome to sing and perform, plus lots lots more!!

The Trust House Children's Day has been confirmed for Sunday 22 March 2026.

Theme will be Child/Youth Mental Health with organisations that support children/youth and families who have mental health hiccups available to chat on the day along with entertainment.

Get in touch if you would like a free site for your Wairarapa child/youth mental health organisation.
