Thank you to everyone who came to the Community BBQ and grew a Spud in a Bucket. Well done to the winners and huge thanks to our volunteers, (whose work started months ago bagging seed spuds) and then they shopped and chopped, cooked, registered, weighed and emptied. Big thumbs up to the Fire Brigade for hosting, Greenlea premier meats, local businesses KD's Beans and Cream, Sweet Somethings and Black Pond Farm. Over 50 Spud entries with the Biggest Yield 1.5kg and Biggest Spud 0.30kg.
