Bunny Odile* is finished and she is a cutie!
I started it as part of the but run out of yarn with only a leg left to knit! came to the rescue and dyed more yarn for me. The beauty of hand dyed yarn is that it is made by artisans. This batch did come out a lot darker. But it just means the bunny has a dark patch of fur.

I strongly recommend Cinthia Vallet's pattern. They are very well explained. I believe that if you knit in the round, you can do it!
Also I don't think you should be afraid of the 2-2.75 mm needles. The longest row has less than 50 sts.

Sandy has just finished this cute little cardigan.
It was knit with Woolly Red Hut 8ply (handwash)and John Q Earth Tunes (wool machine wash).
The pattern is Millue Cardigan by The Kiwi Stitch & Knit Co. An easy knit as you knit front and back together.

From fibre to scarf. A beautiful Poet scarf (pattern by Sari Nordlund) made from fibre by Strawberry Patches Yarns (Auckland)
Fibre is Polwarth/Silk and was cable plied to a DK weight. This scarf only uses less than 200 m.

Learning from one another is a big part of our craft group. This is Pauline's first weaving project on a rigid heddle loom, taught by Sandy and Joanne.

I did a lot of learnings before I felt confident enough to start these braids.
It was bought at Capital Fibre Fest this year and is the beautiful work of Bonnie from Union Fibre.

Once I touched this braid, I was doomed: it had to come home with me. The softness of the angora is out of this world!
I am very happy with the colour distribution I got by plying two braids with one another.

This might become an Alpine bloom sweater because the colour looks very flowery to me but I am opened to suggestions. It is sport weight and I have approx 200 g.
