Today, the Christian world honors the life of Ron Kenoly, legendary gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader who has gone home to be with the Lord at the age of 81.

For nearly six decades, his music — including “Lift Him Up,” “Welcome Home,” and “God Is Able” — shaped modern worship and led generations into the presence of God. More than a musician, Ron Kenoly was a true worshipper, mentor, and spiritual leader whose legacy will continue to echo in churches and hearts around the world.

We thank God for his life, his ministry, and the eternal impact of his praise.

Strong sub branches make a mighty union! The Westmead Hospital Sub Branch are energised and ready to ensure their voices are heard when it comes to decisions that affect them and their patients. At their sub branch meeting last week, members were brought up to date, listened to each other's concerns and came up with strong solutions through a united front.

HSU sub branches play a crucial role in ensuring members stay connected, informed and involved in the workplace and across the wider union. A huge congratulations to these HSU members!
