🆓 FREE MATES MANA stress management and wellbeing workshops are happening this Wednesday and Thursday in Gisborne, Ruatoria and Tokomaru Bay. Everyone's welcome.

Yippee! Mate of Tairāwhiti are with us again tomorrow to celebrate and educate on their Mates Mana programme. 🥰
We encourage anyone to have a chat about the programme - your workplace could benefit from this free workplace seminar.

Tim Marshall will be back to give us a quick rundown on this programme and the team from Mates of Tairāwhiti will be onsite to chat.
The weather looks amazing - clear and cool - so after your walk or run stay and have a cup of coffee with the team or just chill with a cuppa with a parkrun/parkwalk friend in our beautiful Waikanae Beach Reserve with the amazing 911 Coffee Co (courtesy of our friends at Mates of Tairāwhiti - you just need your barcode).

Mana Mates is an amazing opportunity and may be something you would like to see in your workplace or for your workplace!
