This ride isn’t about distance or speed, It’s about caring enough. It’s about the people you meet along the way. It’s the stories shared.

Life is short, Unfairly short sometimes. Melanie & her husband have been following the ANCARE Ride for a few days on their way back to Geelong. Melanie’s son lost his fight with cancer. I really felt that.

So if you’ve got kids, hug them extra tonight. If you’ve got someone you love, tell them. Call your parents. Say I love you. Because the truth is, none of us are promised a later, just a now

Sometimes it’s about the stories we carry home.
I’m carrying many with me as I cycle these last days into Melbourne.
