Soz, one of the inspirations of Revd' up Rumble is the Rock n Roll scene and Rockabilly music. I (Bren) grew up in the 70s and 80s, and LOVED the rockabilly sounds coming out. My family played Elvis all the time on the Pye Radiogram, and I listened to the likes of Sigue Sigue Sputnik and Stray Cats throughout the 80s. The whole Rockabilly/ Glam Rock/ Punk scene was fantastic in the 80s when I was soaking up inspiration like a sponge.
