✅ Friday 23 Jan – West Melton Community Centre, 4 PM – 7 PM
✅ Saturday 24 Jan – At the event from 6:30 AM

We’re keeping a close eye on the weather ahead of this weekend’s event. At this stage, the race is scheduled to go ahead, with safety as our top priority.

The 20km and 30km courses have been adjusted. As of this morning, all rivers are passable:

20km: 2 river crossings
30km: 4 river crossings

Current conditions are calm and mild with overcast skies. Note, mountain weather can differ significantly from conditions in town. At present, Saturday morning is forecast to bring:

- 6–10km/h winds, easing in the afternoon
- ~2mm of rain over a 3-hour period
- Winter conditions on the tops

It’s a community-driven trail run created to raise funds and awareness for the Craigieburn Restoration Trust, supporting the recovery of native landscapes after last summer’s fire - because without active fire recovery, the valley will never be fully restored.

Together, we’re running to restore, protect, and give back to the land that gives us so much.
