--------------------------------------------------------------------

A space to pause, reconnect with ourselves, and explore, through creative exercises and bilateral stimulation, what can emerge when we allow ourselves to transform.

We will work with both hands: breaking, rebuilding, letting go and creating, giving our brain a gentle massage, stepping away from the mental noise for a moment, reconnecting with the present, and looking at what we are going through from a different perspective.

You don’t need to know how to draw or have any artistic experience. Just an open mind and a willingness to create.

💰 $15 includes all materials.

📆 Friday, September 18

⏰ 6pm to 8.30 pm

📍 Bright Centre, 2 Dillons Point Rd.
