Thanks Mike and the team at Meaters of Marlborough. Your generosity to the community is legendary and truly appreciated.

Tasman Districts Hockey would like to extend our sincere thanks to Meaters of Marlborough for their incredibly generous support of the Tasman Districts U18 Women’s Team as they prepare for the 2026 HNZ National U18 Tournament in Palmerston North.

Meaters of Marlborough have kindly donated over $320 worth of meat, covering four team meals for our travelling group of 21 players and staff. This contribution directly reduces costs for our athletes and helps ensure a well‑supported campaign for a squad proudly representing West Coast, Nelson, and Marlborough.

Community support like this makes a genuine difference, and we are extremely grateful for Meaters’ willingness to get behind our young athletes.

Cheers to our officials on Sunday who umpired the Marlborough v Nelson clash of the Whangamoas!!
We appreciate the time you give to the game. Both the umpires on field and the MO’s in the middle dugout.
Here are the chaps - Gibby, Jack and Paddy who took care of the men’s games.
And the lovely ladies Di, Jan and Keryn who blew the whistle for the women’s games. Cheers to Mike and the other match officials in the dug out. A great day of hockey all round 🏑🏆🏑

🏑 Senior Representative Exchange – This Sunday! 🏑

Come along and support our Marlborough representative teams as they take on Nelson in the annual Senior Representative Exchange this Sunday.

We're also incredibly proud to be displaying some special New Zealand hockey memorabilia, including items from former Black Sticks representatives Wyn Robinson and Andrew Buckley, along with a current Black Sticks playing shirt donated by Brad Read.

A huge thank you to the Robinson family, Andrew, and Brad for their generous donations, helping us celebrate and preserve our hockey heritage.
