Today is World Homeless Day.

Right now, more than 2% of New Zealanders are without a home, and visible homelessness in Auckland has surged by 53% in just four months. Tautoko to our friends Lifewise Merge Cafe who are working to help make Auckland a fairer and kinder place for everyone.

We recently supported Lifewise with The Big Sleepout, and continue monthly through our Health Check pop-up events.

Head on down to Federal Square today from 10am - 2pm to stand with our street whānau, honour their resilience, and amplify to the urgent call for collective action.

Congratulations to all who were recognised at the Auckland Investiture this past weekend.

The St John honours system, sanctioned by His Majesty King Charles III, recognises the outstanding work and contribution made by volunteers and employees of St John.
