Thanks Ti Hei Mauri Ora Productions for inviting me along to help film the start of this doco to capture the amazing mahi Chris Molloy is doing. Using theatre, Chris helps whanau to share their story to assist with recovery. This helps them start their own healing story. Keep up the awesome mahi Chris from Recovery St.

Our Massey/West Harbour whanau who are passionate growers gathered last night to discuss plans, to plant another food forest in our hapori(community).

We talked about possible next locations where those present at the meeting lived near to.

Next meeting we will work alongside Te Manawa library to engage neighbours around the area where we want to build our next project. This we hope, will create a keen roopu(group) who will drive the kaupapa.

As a community we will look to supply the trees and tools needed and assist with the initial planting and management until it is more firmly established.

Such an amazing vibe with this roopu and I can’t wait to see the amazing mahi we will achieve together.
