Free cancer support is available in ways that fit around you, your energy, and your day-to-day life.

At Cancer Support New Zealand, you can access practical support for the everyday effects of cancer through in-person sessions across New Zealand, online classes, on-demand videos, expert Q&As, and podcasts.

However you prefer to take things in, there is something that can meet you where you are, whether that’s joining a class, listening quietly in your own time, or finding answers to questions as they come up.

Everything is free, and available for every cancer, at every stage.
