Join Partner, Steven Moe, on Friday for Board Talks: Governance Essentials – Policy Guides and Constitutions.

In this free webinar by Community Governance Aotearoa, Steven will join Francesca Ephraim and Rose Hiha-Agnew to discuss how constitutions, policies, and guides can genuinely support or sometimes hinder effective governance.

Our Incorporated Societies series continues this Friday. Join Annemarie Mora and Steven Moe for an interactive session on the re-registration processes and what you need to know to ensure your society is prepared for the April 2026 deadline.

Whether you’re a committee member, secretary, treasurer, or member of a society – now is the time to act. Updating your constitution to meet the new legal requirements can take time, especially when consulting your members.

Societies that don’t re-register will cease to exist, and any remaining assets will be distributed.

Join us online for this free event – our team are available to answer any questions you have.

Need help with policies? We have heard from a number of charities and for-purpose organisations that implementing and maintaining relevant and up-to-date policies can feel like a daunting task, especially for smaller or stretched teams.

To support you, we’ve developed our Policies Package – tailored specifically for for-purpose organisations.

In Aotearoa New Zealand, charities are required to review their governance procedures every three years, and part of this should include your policies.

Whether you're starting from scratch or reviewing what you already have, our one-off Policies Package is a simple way to stay on track. Three package tiers are available, depending on your organisation's needs.
