Xtreme Rhythmix at NHG Gymnastics Home of Xtreme Rhythmix at NHG Gymnastics We are an Auckland based rhythmic gymnastics club in New Zealand.

Xtreme gymnasts follow Gymsports New Zealand as well as the Federation of International Gymnastics guidelines and regulations.

This past weekend we hosted the Margaret Woolf Memorial Competition, it was a big success! We cannot thank our organising team enough, you are all amazing and we value you all so much! Thank you Jade for your tireless/amazing work!
