For some time I have been thinking of doing something for Penang High School. It has given us so much and I owe a lot of my success to Penang. Some of you may feel like that and some don't. The idea is to form a club of x scholars not to merely gratify our own social needs but to given back something to the community/school we progressed from. The idea is to contribute financially to this group and with the funds raised we help out students with stationary, bags, uniform etc - like a scholarship for the needy but students who take interest in schooling. We can discuss our ideas and the best way forward. Aim is to make this club viable and effective in the long run and not to do it as a one off project. Penang High is such a large school but there are no formalized x scholars club - can we make this happen? Feel free to invite all x sholars to this platform who are genuinely keen to help out.
