Had to take this photo with the sun setting. In front, a building we are proud of. Ashburton Pakeke Lions gave this bus shelter a spruce up last year. It looks so good.

What an honour to present this lovely man with his 55 year Chevron. Murray joined Malvern Lions in 1971. He started off in the position of Treasurer and became President a few years later. Ten years ago he transferred to Pakeke where he was involved in raffles, Street collections, Boulevard Day market as well as our big annual Charity Market. An amazing life of service.
