🌍✨ Climate Change Awareness Programme Successfully Completed! ✨🌱
With a strong vision of empowering youth for a sustainable future, UNIFY Waling successfully conducted a Climate Change Awareness Programme at Bhupu Sainik English Boarding Secondary School, Waling, Syangja 📍
👥 With the active participation of 50 enthusiastic students and the dedication of 5 passionate volunteers, the session turned into an inspiring platform for learning and sharing.
💬 The programme focused on:
🔹 Understanding Weather vs Climate Change
🔹 Rising Temperature & Global Warming
🔹 Exploring Causes, Effects & Solutions
🔹 Promoting the powerful concept of Reduce ♻️ Reuse ♻️ Recycle
🌿 Students didn’t just listen — they actively engaged!
They shared real environmental issues from their own locality and came up with creative, practical solutions. 💡
🔥 This initiative aimed to build awareness among the upcoming generation, encouraging them to take responsibility and become change-makers for the environment.
🌎 Because the future is not something we enter — it’s something we create.

🌱 Youth Dialogue on Climate Action

Today, a meaningful and inspiring table discussion was successfully conducted among the members of UNIFY Waling, with the active participation of 15 dedicated youths committed to climate action.

The discussion focused on strengthening youth coordination with Waling Municipality, exploring ways to increase youth participation in local climate governance, and identifying effective strategies to raise climate change awareness within the community.

Participants shared ideas on how young people can collaborate with the municipality, contribute to sustainable initiatives, and play a more proactive role in addressing climate challenges at the local level.

This dialogue marked an important step toward empowering youth voices and building stronger partnerships for climate resilience in Waling.

Together, we believe that youth leadership and collective action can drive meaningful environmental change.
