Scholarship and Stationery Distribution Program:

Scholarship and stationery were distributed to student sponsored by LC Järvenpää Jean Sibelius, Finland in association with Lions Club of Sindhuli Kamalamai, Sindhuli Academy and Helping Hands, Sindhuli on 10 May 2026 at Sindhuli Academy.

The program was organized with the objective of supporting students in their education by providing scholarships and essential stationery materials. The event reflected the commitment of all organizations toward educational development and student welfare in the Sindhuli community.

The “School Uniform Distribution Program” was held today, 08 December 2025, at Shree Kamala Janajyoti Secondary School, Kamalamai Municipality–05, Silame, Sindhuli.
A total of 33 orphan students received warm school uniforms with the aim of helping them cope with the winter season.
We express our sincere gratitude to the Nepalese students in Australia for co-sponsoring the program. Their contribution toward uplifting the education of underprivileged students is truly commendable.

“HUNGER RELIEF PROGRAM”
On the ocassion of Dashain Festival, Hunger Relief Program was organized on 29th September, 2025 to extend support to deprived elderly couple of Mr. Man Bahadur Budhathoki at Laxman Chowk, Ratamata
and paralyzed elderly couple of Mr. Ram Bahadur Budhathoki at Dhakalgaun, Sindhuli. Where promoter of Root Arts Center Nepal - Museum Shree Vishwambhar Lamichhane also supported with some financial assistance and a Table Fan.

Though modest in scale and ongoing in nature, the program brought visible peace and smiles to the beneficiaries’ faces—reminding us of the true beauty of compassion and the profound impact of even small acts of kindness.

Stretcher Distribution Program – Chhap, Marin Rural Municipality, Sindhuli

A stretcher distribution program was successfully conducted today 04 August, 2025 at Chhap, Marin Rural Municipality. The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Mr. Prakhyat Muktan, Chief of Marin Rural Municipality. Stretchers and related supplies were distributed to support various Wards’ remote areas within the rural municipality, with the aim of providing urgent transport assistance to sick and injured villagers to reach the nearest health posts.

The Lions Club of Sindhuli Kamalamai extends heartfelt gratitude to our respected senior Lion leaders for their generous support and contributions:

In line with the visionary initiative of our newly elected District Governor Lion Vidhan Joshi, PMJF, of MD 325, District G, who has launched the “Lions Service Week Program”, our Club President Lion Bishnu K Shrestha Raju proudly led the “Hunger Relief Program” on 4th July 2025.

As part of this meaningful initiative, we extended support by providing essential groceries and a small amount of financial assistance to Mrs. Laxmi Maya Mahat Chhetri, a deprived widow from Kamalamai Municipality-05, Deurali Danda, Sindhuli.

This act of kindness reaffirms our commitment to serving humanity and uplifting the underprivileged in our community.
