⚽️💙 Girls’ Football Journey — Let’s Support Together!

A heartfelt thank you to Mitra Youba Club (MYC) and all its members for supporting Himshaakti Foundation with essential football equipment, including footballs, bibs, cones and markers. 🙏⚽️

Special thanks to Coach Gautam Vaidya for his valuable support, encouragement and contribution towards creating more opportunities for girls through football. 💙

We would also like to sincerely thank Rajan Koirala and Pramod Adhikari Sir for their generous support towards jerseys. ❤️

Our next goal is to support and create opportunities for girls from Rukum and Jajarkot through football.

We are now looking for a dedicated Coordinator with a football background who is willing to work with and support girls in these two districts. If you are interested in contributing to this journey, or know someone who would be a good fit, please get in touch with us. 🙏

Together, let’s use football to create opportunities, confidence and a brighter future for girls. 💙⚽️

Thank you Srijana and Himshaakti Foundation 🙏!

Remember Srijana, one of our soccer stars? She went on to found the Himshaakti Foundation to empower girls through sports and create opportunities she once struggled to find.

As a young girl at Kopila Valley School, Srijana built confidence playing soccer. She played regionally, nationally, and even internationally. She wanted to do something for other girls in her community.

Based in Karnali Province, the Himshaakti Foundation works with young girls who often grow up with limited access to sports, leadership spaces, and platforms to dream freely.

Through a 3-year soccer training program, Srijana has created a safe space where girls ages 6-19 learn teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

Her initial plan is to provide structured training, give players exposure through tournaments, and eventually form a competitive soccer team. ⚽🏆

This is what love for community looks like. Returning home. Creating space. Believing in people as they learn to believe in themselves.

Himshaakti girls are doing exercises to become stronger, building a tight core and preparing themselves to change their future and fate. 💪

A powerful beginning 💫

We successfully launched our foundation with the presence of media, parents, and our amazing players—both senior and junior. Sharing our story, vision, and mission made this moment truly special.

Grateful for the love and support. This is just the start of something bigger—for girls, for dreams, for change. ⚽✨
