Aawaaj organized a two-day retreat and refreshment program for all executive board members and staff at Dailekh Gurase. During the retreat, staff members participated in team-building games and activities designed to strengthen collaboration and teamwork. The program also included a review and discussion of the organization’s five-year strategic plan.

In addition, participants enjoyed hiking, visited nearby communities, and explored the natural beauty of Gurase, making the retreat both productive and refreshing.🙏
