Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN), chapter Surkhet was established under the BYAN constitution 2011 in 2019 May. Mainly, this chapter was recognized to mobilize central program in Surkhet valley and overall district. However; Its being changed and BYAN chapter Surkhet has worked proactively in the field of right-based advocacy for youth with disability in the district. So, it is recognized as one of the most practical organization of the district rather as branch of BYAN.
