नजिकै जंगल वा बाटोमा हिँड्दा, समूहमा हिँड्नुहोस् ।
बिहान साँझ तथा रातको समयमा एक्लै नहिद्नुहोस ।

गाउँ बस्ती नजिक भालु देखिएमा उकाली कार्यलय, डिविजन वन कार्यालय वा जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहोला ।

सचेत बनौं, सुरक्षित रहौं-मानिस र वन्यजन्तु दुवैलाई जोगाऔं ।
