The program titled “Statistical Analysis of Province Assembly Events (PAE): A Dataset Approach" organized by Pokhara Research Centre was successfully conducted in a dignified manner featuring insightful discussions and interactive engagement with postgraduate students of MBS and MA Economics from Tribhuvan University’s Prithvi Narayan Campus; participants highly appreciated the Centre’s in-depth and meticulous research and offered constructive suggestions reflecting strong confidence that such evidence based initiatives contribute meaningfully to informed public discourse and the achievement of the program’s objectives.

पोखरा रिसर्च सेन्टरद्वारा आयोजना गरिएको "गण्डकी प्रदेश सभाको कार्यविधिगत विषयको तथ्यांक विश्लेषण" सम्बन्धी कार्यक्रम सुव्यवस्थित रूपमा सम्पन्न भएको छ। यस कार्यक्रममा त्रिभुवन विश्विद्यालय अन्तर्गत रहेको पृथ्वीनारायण क्याम्पसमा एम.बि.एस, एम.ए. अर्थशास्त्रमा स्नाकोत्तर अध्ययन गर्दै गरेका विद्यार्थीहरुसंग गण्डकी प्रदेश सभाका कार्यविधिगत तथ्याङ्कका विषयमा निकै महत्वपूर्ण छलफल तथा अन्तरक्रिया भयो। त्यसैगरी कार्यक्रममा सहभागीहरुले पोखरा रिसर्च सेन्टरले गरेको गहन र सूक्ष्म दृष्टिगत अध्ययनलाई लिएर अत्यन्तै प्रसंशनीय सुझावसमेत व्यक्त गर्दै कार्यक्रमको सार्थक उद्देश्य प्राप्त गर्न मद्दत पुगेको विश्वास गरेका छौं।

The first monthly grievance and grievance redressal session of the Uddhyam Clinic was successfully conducted, marking a significant step in supporting the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. This initiative is a collaborative effort between the Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Business Promotion Center under Pokhara Metropolitan City, with technical support from the Pokhara Research Centre

During the session, entrepreneurs shared the challenges they face, raised relevant queries, and offered suggestions regarding their business operations. In response, we have committed to conducting evidence-based research on these issues and coordinating with the relevant authorities to facilitate effective and sustainable solutions.


पोखरा उद्योग वाणिज्य संघ, पोखरा महानगरपालिका अन्तर्गतको व्यवसाय प्रवर्द्धन केन्द्र तथा पोखरा रिसर्च सेन्टरको प्राविधिक सहकार्यमा सञ्चालन भइरहेको उद्यम क्लिनिक अन्तर्गत पहिलो महिनाको गुनासो तथा समस्या सुनुवाइ कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Pokhara Research Centre organized a meaningful program in the presence of Chief Guest Bina Silwal, executive director of Kopila Nepal. During the formal session, participating women shared their inspiring stories of struggle and experiences. In the informal session, participants played a traditional pot-breaking game as a symbolic activity to represent the collective commitment to break social stereotypes and traditional beliefs surrounding women. The program celebrated women’s achievements and reaffirmed our commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय महिला दिवसको अवसरमा पोखरा रिसर्च सेन्टरको संयोजकत्वमा प्रमुख अतिथिको रूपमा कोपिला नेपालकी कार्यकारी निर्देशक बिना सिलवालको गरिमामय उपस्थितिमा भव्य र सभ्य रूपमा सम्पन्न भएको छ। यस कार्यक्रमको औपचारिक सत्रमा सहभागी महिलाहरुको प्रेरणादायी संघर्ष र अनुभव आदान प्रदान गरियो भने अनौपचारिक सत्रमा हाँडी फुटाउने खेल खेल्दै महिलासम्बन्धी सामाजिक रूढीवादी सोच र धारणाहरू तोड्ने सामूहिक प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गरियो। यस कार्यक्रमले महिलाहरुका उपलब्धिहरूलाई थप प्रोत्साहन गर्दै लैङ्गिक समानता र महिला सशक्तिकरणका विषयमा हाम्रो प्रतिबद्धतालाई पुनः स्मरण गराएको छ।

The winners of the Gandaki Agriculture Hackathon 2025 have officially submitted their policy-ready proposals to the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management, and Cooperatives.
Under the guidance and mentorship of PRC, the winning teams presented their strategic blueprints to Hon. Padma G.C. Shrestha (Minister) and Mr. Basudev Regmi (Secretary of Province):
Theme 1: Cultivators – Public–Private Collaboration for Effective Agricultural Commercialisation.
Theme 2: Agri-Sanchar – Improved Governance Systems for Better Policy Decision-Making. Gandaki Agriculture Hackathon 2025 comes to a close.
We extend our best wishes to the winning teams as they work toward transforming these ideas into impactful provincial policies!

गण्डकी कृषि ह्याकाथन २०२५ का विजेता टिमहरूले पोखरा रिसर्च सेन्टरको मार्गनिर्देशन र मेन्टरसिप पश्चात् तयार पारिएका नीतिगत प्रस्तावहरू कृषि, भूमि व्यवस्था तथा सहकारी मन्त्रालयमा आधिकारिक रूपमा पेश गर्नुभएको छ।
माननीय मन्त्री पद्मा जि.सी. श्रेष्ठ र प्रदेश सचिव वासुदेव रेग्मीज्यूको समुपस्थितिमा विजेता टिमहरूले आफ्ना कार्ययोजना हस्तान्तरण गर्नुभयो:
