Tikuri Active Youth Group (TAYG-Pyuthan) is non-governmental, non political, non profit making, social organization established in January 10, 2001 by devoted professional youths of Pyuthan. It was registered under social development act 1978 Nepal government with Pyuthan district administration office and established affiliation with social welfare council. It aims to provide for ru
ral community to increase the Socio-Economic promotion by income generating activities and increase the access of community for health, environment and education sector. Tikuri Active Youth Group-Pyuthan (TAYG-Pyuthan) is non-profit making, non-governmental social development organization founded by a group of enthusiastic young professional social and development workers of Pyuthan District and those are from the diverse geographical, social and cultural background. TAYG-Pyuthan is a member secretary of Non-Government Organization Coordination Committee (NGO-CC) of Pyuthan, leading and active member of National Federation of NGOs in Nepal (NFN) and a regional member of Safe Motherhood Network of Nepal. Its central office is located at Bijuwar VDC ward no-1, Pyuthan. Since its establishment, it has been operated to achieve its stated objectives in the areas of political, social and economic empowerment, public health, education, socio-economic development and peace building in the societies.
