The National Resource Center for Non Formal Education (NRC-NFE), Nepal was established in 1995 in Kathmandu with the aim of providing education to all children, youth and adult through non-formal methods. The organization is dedicated to promoting Community Learning Centers or CLCs as the Non Formal Education of NFE delivery mechanism and lifelong learning center. Sakya with the support of Asia-Pa

cific Cultural Center for UNESCO (ACCU), Japan and the Bell Mark Foundation through the National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan (NFUAJ). The organization also has a Training Center/Project Field Office in Lumbini built with support from National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan(NFUAJ).
