We are pleased to share the successful completion of our KRISAC program on the 'Training on Bokashi mal Preparation and IPM Practices' conducted in collaboration with Beshisahar municipality at the Beshisahar municipality -10, Agricultural Community Building, Gairigaun.
The program focused on practical learning related to Bokashi fertilizer preparation and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques, aiming to promote sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices among farmers.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Beshisahar municipality for their valuable support and collaboration in making this program successful.✨

Youth Thinkers’ Society-Lamjung is pleased to announce the upcoming training program under our flagship project 'KRISAC' focused on promoting sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices within the community with the support of Beshisahar Municipality.
The training session on “Bokase Mal” and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices will be conducted with the objective of enhancing farmers’ knowledge on organic farming techniques and reducing dependency on chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
We are honored to have Mr. Narendra Singh as the trainer for this program, sharing his valuable knowledge and practical experience with the participating farmers.❤️

Yesterday’s talk session with Ms.Nisha Subedi was truly a meaningful and inspiring experience for all of us.

Listening to her journey in research, biological pest management, and chemical-free farming gave us a new perspective on how agriculture can create positive change in society. Her experiences in entomology research and eco-friendly pest management inspired us to think beyond textbooks and understand the real impact of agriculture in the field.

Programs like these remind us that agriculture is not just about farming, but also about innovation, research, and responsibility toward nature and farmers. 💚

YTS - Lamjung is organising an online talk session with Miss. Nisha Subedi (MSc. Entomology)! 🐛

Via this session, we are aiming to promote awareness on sustainable and eco-friendly agricultural practices. She'll be sharing her research experience on biocontrol measures against fall armyworm using Metarhizium rileyi, along with various insights from her work in community-level campaigns for chemical-free pest management in Bharatpur. Join us in fruitful discussions for a deeper understanding of things and sustainable solutions.
