Our "Teaching with Empathy" Webinar 2026 reminded us: When teachers lead with compassion, students thrive.

Thank you to Ms Kriti Shrestha, our facilitator, and all the teachers for being part of this journey with Bajrayogini Foundation. Let’s keep building learning communities rooted in empathy.

37 teachers joined Bajrayogini Foundation's first-ever webinar, led by Australia-based social worker Kriti Shrestha, exploring empathetic, trauma-informed approaches to student behaviour and classroom well-being.

We are extremely grateful to our amazing teachers at Bajrayogini Foundation for sharing their successes and reflections during the Annual Meeting of Mission Zero Dropout.

This meeting reminded us why we do what we do. Our teachers are on the ground every day, working with primary-level students in public schools to build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy.

Because every child who learns to read, write, and count is one step closer to staying in school. And that’s the heart of Mission Zero Dropout.

To all our teachers: your effort, care, and dedication are changing lives. Thank you for making it happen.
