Notion@KEC, in collaboration with Sagarmatha IT Club, hosted a beginner-friendly workshop at Sagarmatha College of Science & Technology. introducing students to Notion for academic productivity. From building an Academic Dashboard to exploring real use cases, participants learned how to organize notes, tasks, and deadlines in one place.

Loved the energy, creativity, and curiosity throughout especially during the fun pitching and quiz sessions. Moments like these show how the right tools can truly transform student workflows.

Build Your 2026 with Notion

Notion@KEC hosted a hands-on session where participants built their 2026 Comeback Dashboard. From databases, relations, and rollups to simple automations, the focus was on creating a practical system for academics, projects, and goals.

Along with the build, the session brought energy through activities like WikiRace, Template Talk, and a fun pitching round, making learning both engaging and memorable.

Build Your 2026 Productivity Comeback in Notion

As part of Lumbini Tech Month 2082, Notion@KEC hosted a hands-on online workshop helping students design a complete all-in-one productivity dashboard for 2026. From workspaces, databases, and templates to task prioritization with the Eisenhower Matrix and calendar planning, participants learned how to build a simple, structured system for academics, hackathons, and personal projects.

The session featured the 2026 Comeback Dashboard designed by Notion Campus Leader Er. Gaurav Giri and was led by Prabhav Pokharel during Personal Development Week via Google Meet.

At Butwal Hacks, Notion became more than a tool, it became the team’s shared workspace. During the hackathon, Notion Campus Leaders Er. Gaurav Giri and Prabhav Pokharel walked participants through a practical Notion setup for hackathons, showing how teams can align ideas, manage tasks, organize resources, and stay demo-ready under pressure. Special mention also goes to our Notion Campus Leaders Aakash Rana & Roshan Pandey for helping the participants in case of any issues.

From problem framing to task tracking and final presentations, Notion helped teams collaborate clearly and build faster without the chaos.

🎄 Notion for Engineering Students: Freshman Survival System – 2082 Batch🎄
A productive and festive session at Kantipur Engineering College designed to set our freshmen up for success!

The 2082 batch was introduced to Notion, an all-in-one workspace that helps students organize notes, tasks, schedules, and academic resources in one place, while exploring how structured Notion templates and custom pages can simplify academic planning. 📒🧩

The event began with an introduction by Campus Leader Roshan Pandey, followed by a hands-on template-building workshop led by Campus Leader Aakash Rana. The “Make Your Own Notion Page” session, guided by Campus Leader Prabhav Pokharel, briefly introduced students to Notion’s core building elements, page structuring, and visual organization. Campus Leader Gaurav Giri also engaged with students through mentoring, sharing practical engineering insights and useful academic strategies.🛠️📋

Celebrating the spirit of Christmas, Notion @ KEC played Secret Santa and delighted every participant with gifts, adding warmth and joy to the learning experience. 🎁🤍

We had an incredible time collaborating with AIDA Hackathon 2025, Nepal's first national AI hackathon focused on building assistive tech for people with disabilities.

We hosted an online session on October 31 to introduce participants to Notion, walk them through building blocks, databases, and a custom hackathon template designed to keep teams organized and fast.

On November 12, we joined the teams onsite at Sunway College for a practical, hands-on session. We helped them set up workflows, manage tasks, and structure their ideas so they could focus fully on creating meaningful AI solutions. And yes, a few Notion swags made the day even better ✨

AIDA brought together brilliant students and innovators working on themes like smart mobility, emotion-aware AI, digital caregivers, and accessible education. We're proud that Notion @ KEC could contribute to the clarity and collaboration behind their work.
