NIFON Children's Home, Ningma Foundation of Nepal, Kathmandu. NIFON is a registered Non-Government Organization and charity which was set up by a small group of concerned Nepali people in 2008 (2065 B.S.).

It came into existence with the ideal of "Love children, respect women, and save the environment" and will always strive to abide by these principals. OUR GOALS:
The convention of the Rights of Children, which came to force in 1989, was signed by Nepal in 1990. Since then, 25 years have passed and still the desired outcome has not been achieved in Nepal and the situatuin of children in the rural a

reas is very alarming. We strive very hard to urge all to think compassionately about the plight of all children, particularly those in Nepal. THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONTEXT OF NEPAL:
NIFON is situated in the Himalayan country of Nepal, which is one of the poorest countries in the world. More than 30% of the population is currently living below the defined poverty line of US$ 1 per day. As we know the first victims of these situations are the children. It is estimated that in Nepal one child in twelve under the age of seventeen is an orphan, as a result of many causes, often preventable. The organization gives its support to children in need without any consideration of religion or caste. The director of NIFON is SANGYA DORJE LAMA TAMANG. Venerable Sangya Dorje Lama Tamang was born in apoor family in the Makawanpur district of Nepal. As a humble monk he continues to practice compassion through his work in the community, particularly with children. Through the suffering in his life, he has come to understand the meaning of the Four Noble Truths of Great Lord Buddha. Because he was deprived of education as a child, he does not want to see any other child deprived of the light of education. He does not want children to suffer in the same way that he has because of poverty. As director, Venerable Sangya Dorje has dedicated his life to helping poor children in Nepal by providing shelter, food, clothing and education. Venerable Sangya Dorje is also involved in other social, economic, cultural and religious activities. He is particularly active in working to improve the welfare of the Tamang people (one of the poorest people in Nepal) and promoting the Tamang language and culture. HOW YOU CAN HELP:

WALTER RUSSELL: Crystal Connections.
Walter Russell also wrote a classic: The Universal One. In this book, he examines cubic structures and axes of systems, understanding that Crystals respond to both Mind and Geometry. He states some peculiarities of how some crystals, like Staurolite, can grow through each other, called Crystal Twins or twinning, is beyond human comprehension, that scientists today are not ready to understand these secret keys that Crystals hold in their Atomic Memory. Crystals represent an advanced body of Ancient Knowledge that we can only grasp when we understand the Law Of One Mind.
