Female Leadership Academy ले सञ्चालन गरेको Mountain Leadership तालिम अन्तर्गत हालै सम्पन्न ५९०३ मिटर अग्लो पाल्दोर पिकको सफल आरोहणमा सहभागी १६ जना साहसी महिला आरोहीलाई हार्दिक बधाई तथा सम्मान व्यक्त गर्दछ। २०२६ जनवरी १ गते, काठमाडौंमा नेपाल पर्वतारोहण संघका अध्यक्ष श्री फुर गेल्जे शेर्पाज्यूको प्रमुख आतिथ्य र विभिन्न क्षेत्रका गण्यमान्य व्यक्तित्वहरूको उपस्थितिमा सफल आरोहणमा सहभागी महिला आरोहीहरू, प्रशिक्षक गाइड तथा सम्पूर्ण सहभागीलाई प्रमाणपत्र वितरण र बधाई तथा शुभकामना ज्ञापन कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भयो।
यस अवसरमा नेपाल पर्वतारोहण संघका अध्यक्ष ज्यूले सफल आरोहीहरूलाई बधाई व्यक्त गर्दै संघले नेपालमा पर्वतारोहणको दायरा विस्तार, प्रोत्साहन तथा अवसर अभिवृद्धि गर्न अघि सारेका विभिन्न पहलहरूको संक्षिप्त विवरण प्रस्तुत गर्नुभयो। उहाँले पर्वतारोहणलाई रोजगारी, आत्मनिर्भरता र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय पहिचानसँग जोड्दै नेपाललाई विश्वसामु अझ सशक्त रूपमा प्रस्तुत गर्ने संघका योजनाहरूको बारेमा जानकारी दिनुभयो।
Global Inclusive Adventure Organization महासचिव शैली बस्नेत, कार्यक्रम संयोजक माया गुरुङ, तथा अध्यक्ष चुनु श्रेष्ठले सन् २००८ मा सुरु गरिएको आरोहण अभियानलाई स्मरण गर्दै आफ्ना अनुभवहरू साझा गर्नुभयो। उहाँहरूले सफल आरोहीहरूलाई हार्दिक बधाई दिँदै महिला नेतृत्वमा निरन्तरता र दृढताको महत्वलाई जोड दिनुका साथै यस संस्थाले साहसिक पर्वतीय पर्यटनमा भविष्य निर्माण गर्न उत्सुक लगायत सामाजिक तथा आर्थिक रूपमा सीमान्तकृत महिला वर्गलाई संस्थाको सुरुवातदेखि हालसम्म प्रदान गरिँदै आएको विभिन्न तालिम, छात्रवृत्ति तथा सहयोग लगायतका गतिविधिहरु बारे प्रकाश पार्नुभयो। Female Leadership Academy ले यस वर्ष १५० इच्छुक तथा सामाजिक–आर्थिक रूपमा सीमान्तकृत महिला दिदीबहिनीहरूलाई Trekking Guide, Mountain Leadership, Tour Guide, River Guide, Home Stay/Small Hotel Management Training, English Language आदि तालिमहरू प्रदान गर्ने कार्यक्रम रहेको छ।
यी साहसी नेपाली महिलारूको साहस, समर्पण र आत्मविश्वासले पर्वतीय पर्यटनमा भविष्य निर्माण गर्न उत्सुक नेपाली महिलाहरूको लागि प्रेरणाको नयाँ ज्योति बाल्न सफल भएको छ। हामी सम्पूर्ण सहभागी महिला आरोहीहरूलाई उज्ज्वल भविष्यको शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दै, यस्ता साहसिक सपनाहरूलाई साकार पार्न सहयोग गर्ने सबैलाई हार्दिक आभार प्रकट गर्दछौं।

A Proud Beginning

Today we celebrate a truly special milestone as 16 strong and inspiring women, together with our female mountain leader and supporting staffs, embark on the Paldor Peak Expedition.

Organized by the Female Leadership Academy as part of the Mountain Leadership Training 2025, this is not just about reaching a summit, it’s about courage, leadership, and the shared spirit of women who are opening new paths in adventure tourism. With every step, they carry the hopes of many, proving that when women lead, mountains move.

Their departure today was filled with smiles, determination, and the promise of conquering the Paldor Peak.

The Female Leadership Academy, an initiative of the Global Inclusive Adventure Organization, is dedicated to empowering especially marginalized and deprived women across our nation. Through comprehensive training programs in the field of adventure tourism—conducted in collaboration with accredited government training agencies—we provide participants with officially recognized certifications that open doors to new opportunities.
Upon successful completion of the training, graduates receive guidance and support for job placement, ensuring a smooth transition into professional pathways.
We warmly invite our sisters to join the Female Leadership Academy, to embark on a journey of leadership, confidence, and self-sufficiency. Together, let us stride forward towards a future of dignity, independence, and empowerment.

Female Leadership Academy 2025-28
After the success of the Female Leadership Academy Program (2022-25), Global Inclusive Adventure Organization plans to expand the program to include 450+ women from marginalized and impoverished backgrounds from all districts. The program is planned to last for three years. The activities included in the program are:
i)
Scholarship program: Provide academic and vocational scholarships to brilliant and promising students, and students from impoverished and marginalized backgrounds from all over Nepal.
ii)
Tourism Certification Training: Licensing and Certification Training on various tourism-related activities such as Trekking Guide Training, Mountain Guide Training, Porter Guide Training, Homestay and Small Hotel Management training etc.
iii)
Mountain Leadership Training: High altitude on-site training on an open peak in the Himalayas
iv)
English Classes: Provide English language classes, motivational sessions, and public-speaking skills training to the women.
v)
Volunteering Program: Engage participants in social welfare and relief programs to foster social responsibility
vi)
Environment Related Training/Disaster Preparedness Related Program: Training related to environmental conservation, sustainability and disaster preparedness
