REED Nepal distributed essential support to around 1,000 children in Rasuwa and Nuwakot, including learning materials, hygiene kits, and dignity kits, to support children affected by the recent emergencies.

The support aims to help children continue their learning in a safe and dignified environment while families recover from the impact of the disaster.

REED Nepal remains committed to supporting Education in Emergencies (EiE) and ensuring that children affected by disasters are not left behind.

REED Nepal’s 26th Annual General Meeting Successfully Concluded
REED Nepal successfully held its 26th Annual General Meeting on 20th September (4 Ashoj 2083) in a warm and cordial atmosphere.
The AGM reviewed the organisation’s achievements and future direction, and completed the vacant positions on the Board of Directors, further strengthening its governance and leadership.
On this occasion, REED Nepal sincerely appreciates all our members, Board members, staff, donors, development partners, well-wishers and supporters for their continued trust, cooperation and valuable contributions.

On this 13th day of remembrance, we pay our heartfelt tribute to all those who tragically lost their lives in the devastating floods of the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers.

For Rina Tharu, tailoring is a pathway to independence.
After participating in tailoring training and receiving a sewing machine support through the Learning Champion project, Rina transformed her skills into a thriving business. Today, she earns a steady income, saves for the future, and continues investing in what matters most: her children's education.
What inspires us most is not only the business she has built, but the future she is creating. Every stitch, every customer, and every rupee saved is an investment in her children's education and her family's stability.
