आरोही आब मधेश प्रदेशमे! 🌱
मधेश प्रदेशमे आरोहीक पहिल कार्यशाला आजसँ औपचारिक रूपसँ शुरू भेल अछि! २९ गोटे महिला मेन्टी बर्दिबासमे एकठाम जुटल छथि, जत’ ओ सभ अपन सीखबाक यात्राक शुरुआत व्यवसायिक आधारभूत ज्ञान (Business Fundamentals) सँ क’ रहल छथि।
काठमाडौंमे आरोहीक पहिल समूह आ सुदूरपश्चिममे दोसर समूहक सफलताक आधार पर, मधेशमे तेसर समूहक महिला उद्यमी सभकेँ निरन्तर मेन्टरशिप, व्यवसायिक कोचिङ, प्राविधिक प्रशिक्षण आ आपसी सिकाइक अवसर देल जाएत - जाहिसँ ओ सभ अपन व्यवसायकेँ बेसी मजबूत, लचिला आ दीर्घकालीन रूपसँ टिकाउ बना सकथि।
Naisten Pankki आ MFA Finland क आर्थिक सहयोग रहल कार्यक्रम आरोही FCA Nepal द्वारा Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs' Associations of Nepal (FWEAN), NYEF:Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs' Forum आ UN Women Nepal क सहकार्यसँ कार्यान्वयन कएल जा रहल अछि। आरोहीक उद्देश्य मधेश, सुदूरपश्चिम आ काठमाडौंमे महिला नेतृत्व, उद्यमशीलता आ आर्थिक सहभागिताकेँ मजबूत करब अछि।
आरोहीक यात्रा आब मधेश धरि पहुँचि गेल अछि, जत’ २९ गोटे महिला उद्यमी नव ज्ञान, सम्बन्ध, आत्मविश्वास आ अवसर दिस अपन पहिल कदम बढ़ा रहल छथि। सिखैत, बढ़ैत आ एक-दोसराक संग आगाँ बढ़ैत रहबाक एहि यात्राक शुभकामना! 🌱🤝

मधेश प्रदेशमा आरोहीको तेस्रो समूहको पहिलो कार्यशाला आजदेखि औपचारिक रूपमा सुरु भएको छ! २९ महिला उद्यमीहरू आफ्नो आरोही यात्राको सुरुवात गर्न बर्दिबासमा एकै ठाउँमा भेला हुनुभएको छ, जहाँ उहाँहरूले व्यवसायका आधारभूत पक्षहरू (Business Fundamentals) सम्बन्धी सत्रबाट आफ्नो यात्रा सुरु गर्नुभएको छ।
काठमाडौँमा सम्पन्न आरोहीको पहिलो समूह र सुदूरपश्चिममा सम्पन्न दोस्रो समूहको सफलताबाट अघि बढ्दै, मधेशको तेस्रो समूहले महिला उद्यमीहरूलाई निरन्तर मेन्टरशिप, व्यवसायिक कोचिङ, प्राविधिक तालिम तथा सहकर्मीबाट सिकाइका अवसर प्रदान गर्नेछ। यसमार्फत उहाँहरूलाई अझ सुदृढ, उत्थानशील र दीगो व्यवसाय निर्माण तथा विस्तार गर्न सहयोग पुग्नेछ।
Women’s Bank Finland र MFA Finland को आर्थिक सहयोग रहेको कार्यक्रम आरोही FCA Nepal ले Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs’ Associations of Nepal (FWEAN), NYEF – Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum र UN Women Nepal को सहकार्यमा कार्यान्वयन गरिरहेको छ। आरोहीले मधेश, सुदूरपश्चिम र काठमाडौंमा महिला उद्यमीहरूको नेतृत्व, उद्यमशीलता तथा आर्थिक सहभागितालाई सुदृढ बनाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।

Aarohi is now in Madhesh Province! 🌱
The first workshop of Aarohi’s third cohort in Madhesh Province has officially begun today! 29 women mentees have gathered in Bardibas to begin their learning journey with a session on Business Fundamentals.
Building on the success of Aarohi’s first cohort in Kathmandu and second cohort in Sudurpaschim, the third cohort in Madhesh will provide women entrepreneurs with continued mentoring, business coaching, technical training, and peer learning, supporting them to build stronger, more resilient, and sustainable businesses.
AAROHI is implemented by FCA Nepal with the support of Women's Bank and MFA Finland and in technical collaboration with FWEAN, NYEF and UN Women Nepal. Aarohi aims to strengthen women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic participation across Madhesh, Sudurpaschim, and Kathmandu.
As the Aarohi journey reaches Madhesh, 29 women entrepreneurs are taking their first steps towards new knowledge, connections, confidence, and opportunities. Here’s to learning, growing, and rising together! 🌱🤝
