Day 2 | Aarohi Closing Workshop (Jan 29) ✨

We wrapped up Module 4: Scaling, Investment & Innovation with a day rooted in action, connection, and what comes next.

Our technical partners — South Asian Women Development Forum (SAWDF), Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF), Federation of Women Entrepreneurs’ Associations of Nepal (FWEAN), and UN Women — facilitated engaging sessions with Aarohi mentees, sharing practical tools, networks, and opportunities available as the cohort transitions into the Aarohi Alumni phase.

The afternoon brought mentors and mentees together over high tea ☕, followed by a powerful reflection workshop — revisiting shared visions, lessons learned, and how these relationships can continue beyond the formal programme.

As one chapter closes, another opens — Aarohi doesn’t end here, it expands. 🌱

A Journey of Growth Through Mentorship: Sampada Dahal on Her Mentor Bini Bajracharya

Having Bini Bajracharya, Founder of ABIR, as my mentor has been one of the most rewarding parts of my entrepreneurial journey. She is a remarkable woman who runs her clothing brand with grace, vision, and relentless dedication. With patience and generosity, she has listened to all my ideas, answered every question, and shared her wealth of skills to help me shape my business.

Her kindness, ambition, and soft yet powerful presence makes her guidance both inspiring and empowering. I truly feel privileged to be her mentee while we are each writing our own stories, the way we share our experiences with one another has made my path richer, clearer, and far more meaningful.

I am also very grateful to be a member of the first cohort of the AAROHI program by FCA. Thank you for organizing such an impactful program that has brought such incredible support to women entrepreneurs.
